Top Ten Tuesday #78

Hosted by the Broke and the Bookish!

Top Ten Debuts I'm Looking Forward To In 2016!

I am going to be honest and say that I am surprised that I do not have more debuts that I am looking forward to! Most of the books that I am dying to read are from authors who are already very well known, and have books in a series. Which is why I had a hard time coming up with this list, even though I have access to some of the eARCs for them already.

Hope you can still figure out the books from the cropped images! Again, titles will not be linked to GR due to sheer laziness.

Also, I have already read The Love That Split the World, which was amazing. I recommend it to everyone!

What debuts are you looking forward to?

ALSO WHAT? WHAT NORI?

Yes ok I am sorry. I don't keep a list of debuts everywhere. I just. GAH. I WILL LOOK TO SHANNON FOR REFERENCE OK? I'M SORRY. I JUST LOOK AT ALL THE VIDEO GAMES AND I REMEMBER THOSE MORE.
Uhh, all but 2 of these are on my list. And they would have been, except I forgot them. Solid choices. Also, I adore TLTSTW! ADORE.

Oh and to answer your question, I am looking forward to ALL the books. Every one.

I KNOW ME TOO. I am so glad that you finished it/reading it right now, because WE NEED TO TALKKKKKKKK.

And of course you are looking forward to all the books. When are you not.
I'm SO jealous you've read The Love That Split the World already. It's like you live to read all the ARCs before me. *grumbles about stupid international copyright*

YOU BETTER BE JEALOUS. HA. HAHA. Ok Ok I am sorry. I love you <3
The Love That Split the World was amazing and it is no wonder it is on pretty much every single list this week!
I totally forgot to add The Way I Used to Be to my list this week... well, it sounds awesome nevertheless.

Yes it was! I am so glad that you (we?) read it! It deserves to be on everyone's list :)
AHH. These all sound absolutely amazing Val! I am so excited for each and every one of these as well. xD Especially The Girl from Everywhere because OMG that synopsis sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing and, as always, fabulous choices!
Yes The Love That Split the World seems to be on everyone's radar. Why haven't I grasped the hype yet? I'm fairly late to all the new arrivals and such because I'm just saving for my camera haha :D

Oh Val, how can you not know more debuts than this? Oh well. :) There are a lot of other books I'm looking forward to that aren't debuts either, sigh.T

The Way I Used To Be sounds so good! So does TLTSTW (so glad you liked it) and The Girl From Everywhere. None of those were on my list though! Ha. There's a reason though.

Even If The Sky Falls is on my list. :)

OMG I NEED The Crown's Game and Rebel of the Sands so bad. I'm going to read Ivory and Bone soon :D I need to start Into the Dim Dreamology, and TLTSTW too. A Study in Charlotte was amazing!! Great picks.

I'm also waiting on A Shadow Bright and Burning, How To Hang A Witch, Suffer Love, The Serpent King, These Vicious Masks, and Kill the Boy Band!

A big YES to all of these! I got my hands on a copy of INTO THE DIM, which I'm particularly excited for as the author is scheduled to come to TBF next year!! Are you planning to go again?

ooooh I haven't heard of some of these! I'll have to creep around Goodreads.
THE LOVE THAT SPLIT THE WORLD = GET ON MY SHELF ASAP. (Same with The Study In Charlotte & The Study In Charlotte and basically anything else 2016 YA related.) Sweet list!

Yesss I'm looking forward to Rebel Sands, Star Touched Queen, The Girl from Everywhere and Crown's Game as well! I've just added lots of reads to my TBR from this feature hehe

I actually think I am looking forward to more debuts than anything else? A bunch of fav series are ending next year though SO I WANTS THOSE (The Raven Cycle is going to give me a heart attach to be honest) and some of my fav authors have new books coming out next year so there are those. Okay shit, I am looking forward to a lot of books next year. I feel like each year gets better in terms of books and I just want all of them!

Also I am glad to hear that The Love that Split the World was good! :) Definitely looking forward to gobbling that one when it comes out (if I have time because time)

And I am looking forward to almost everything on your list so I guess we can be excited togetherrrrrrrrr

Okay I think this comment is turning into a giant mess so i am going to stop now. I am sorry my life is a mess, Val.

You're right, it is actually quite hard to think of debuts - most of the anticipated 2016 lists are filled with series books, or well known authors!

Totally looking forward to The Girl from Everywhere and The Crown's Game - also Blackhearts, Sword & Verse and Burning Glass!
Soooo many great books to look forward to. Can't wait!
I grabbed Into The Dim off Edelweiss because it said it was a YA Outlander, and I was all: YES, PLEASE. So I am pretty keen to start reading it :D

I may or may not have Rebel of the Sands on my TBR ... I think I added it recently? Maybe not. I am getting more and more lazy when it comes to adding things to the TBR because it is positively out of control.

I've seen The Love That Split the World floating around, but had NO idea what it was about until I clicked it just now. It actually sounds kind of cool! I might just check it out.

I've been pretty slack with seeing what's coming in 2016, except for releases in series I'm already following. THE RAVEN KING IS FINALLY COMINGGGGGG
