Oooo! Great choices! Hermoine and Cath are my favourites. I think Fangirl did so well because a lot of the people who read the book were just like Cath.

Fun grapic!

CELAENA AND CATH FTW. I LOVE THEM SO MUCHHHHHHHH. And I relate to them so much--besides the book nerd thing ;) I mean I'm not an assassin but I'm kind of a sucker for pretty dresses and sugar :3 And Cath is the fangirl we all are LOL

Cath!! Yes I had her to and she is one of my favorites. The Book Thief and Harry Potter are still on my TBR but I can't wait for them - Love the graphic!!

I was thinking Celana, but couldn't list her because I hated her (eep!), but she is a huge book nerd.

Great selection! I have yet to read Inkheart, however.

I agree! I want to see more characters who love books or have hobbies outside of saving the world/getting their relationship. I think it makes the character more realistic too!

If I hadn't had so much trouble with Blogger last night, I think more would've shown up on my list. Oh well. Great list you have here. It's amazing how many I forgot for my TTT. Especially since I adore Inkheart and The Book Thief.

YESSS CELAENA, CATH, AND LIESAL!! I also love Tessa from The Infernal Devices and probably more I'm forgetting. Characters that read and right a lot tend to be favourites of mine because I can relate to them more. Great list!

Lovely selection Val! I found this list really tricky this week. I'd love to see more bookworms in literature! :-) Thaks for stopping by my blog.

Hermione and Cath would be on my list, too! (If I only remembered to do this post, that is.) :D And oh, cute images! Especially Cath's. :)

I definitely thought of Hermione and the girl from Fangirl (even though I haven't read it yet) immediately upon hearing this week's TTT topic. It's kinda hard to find more bookworms in literature, though... try as I might, I can't really muster enough names that are more than ten haha.

Ahhh, I'm so happy that I've read the books of four of these characters! xD Okay, actually, only three -- I watched the film for The Book Thief, but I haven't read the book yet. Oops? Heh. But yes for Hermione, though I didn't know that Celaena was also a fellow book nerd (it's possible that I just forgot though. You know how bad my book amnesia is.) I've been meaning to read Fangirl for a while because it sounds like a book that will relate to me on a whole new level, and I've heard that Simon Snow is something like the Fangirl-version of Harry Potter, so that's interesting. :D

It's so cool whenever we come across characters who also love reading books. We need more of them in YA lit!

Hermione and Cath! They were the first two that came to mind! This was a hard topic for me, I just kept running into blocks and could not come up with that many characters!

woohoo, Celaena!! *pumps fists* Also Hermione and Liesel are great. Watching Liesel learn how to read was so heartwarming and touching. Oh I miss that book... Nice picks <3

I, uh, only read Throne of Glass. So you can throw stuff at me now while I sulk away in shame. I deserve it ;)
