Shiny, Pretty Covers

I think the last time I did a post about covers was for a Top Ten Tuesday, maybe more than a year ago? But anyways, today I’m literally just going to go into my 2018 releases list on Goodreads, look to see what has a cover or not, and pick my favorite ones. BECAUSE I LOVE SHINY THINGS. Also note I probably won’t be linking up to any of these books because I’m a lazy bum. Sorry NOT SORRY.

Do you have a favorite 2018 or 2017 cover? Have you heard of any of these?

Thank you, Valerie, I might have just added a couple more of these on my TBR. I don't think I will thank you once 2018 comes around and I'll want to buy all of these books ahahah.
This is such a great selection, I am in love with all of these covers! 😍😍 I think my favorite here has to be Girl Made of Stars. One cover you didn't mention here that I find stunning is the cover of The Belles. I'm already in love with this book and it's not even released. As for this year... hm, I don't know, it's soooooo hard. I really liked the cover for The Color Project! :)

I think you WILL thank me once 2018 comes around. Because WHO WOULD NOT?
I love the cover for The Belles too! I feel like I missed all the covers of 2018 hahaha. And I've heard about The Color Project, but just haven't gotten around to it yet!

YEP yep yep all of these. I think if I HAD to choose, it'd be either Heart of Iron or Fierce Like a Firestorm but... don't make me choose. I have heard of ALL of them, of course silly Valerie. I agree with Marie about The Belles too, one of my faves! Thunderhead and Tess would be runners up for me. I need to look at covers I know to pick more. Please hold.

The Apocalypse of Elena Mendoza, The Wicked Deep, Onyx & Ivory, Notes From My Captivity, and A Thousand Beginnings and Endings. Plus like, all the ones you listed. That would be my list.

Of course you heard about all of them because who would you be if you did not? I REALLY WANT TO READ NOTES FROM MY CAPTIVITY. I'm scared it's going to not meet my expectations though.

Ooh some nice ones here! I like Fierce Like A Firestorm a lot, with the vegetation and the green. Beneath the Sugar Sky is another one I like, along with Sea Witch. And In Search Of jumps out at me! Love that cover style...

In Search Of jumps out at me too, which is why it's here haha. And Beneath the Sugar Sky is gorgeous, but I have yet to read the second book in the series yet. I think I should just go ahead and buy all of them haha.

So many pretty covers! I have a strong book buying urge after seeing all of these. A lot are on my radar anyway but there's something about seeing a book cover which makes you want to buy it for some reason.

Oooh these are so stunning to look at side by side! Looking at all these pretty covers is like a breath of fresh air! I particularly like the covers of Fierce Like a Firestorm, Beneath the Sugar Sky, The Hazel Wood, and Tyler Johnson Was Here.

The book I've heard most about is Love, Hate & Other Filters, and it is probably one of my most anticipated 2018 reads. Another 2018 release I'm looking forward to with a stunning cover is Chainbreaker by Tara Sim. And some of my favourite 2017 covers are The Langauge of Thorns, The Hate U Give, Timekeeper, Our Dark Duet, Release, Meddling Kids, and They Both Die at the End!

I absolutely love the covers that you featured here. They are all so beautiful and I honestly can't tell you which ones I like the most :) My personal favourite book cover from this year is Our Dark Duet by Victoria Schwab.
By the way, your blog graphics look amazing!
