Top Ten Tuesday #104

Top Ten Books On My Spring TBR!

I have so many books to read in the upcoming months, and so little time. I like to pretend that this is the set schedule I have for myself, but that's a lie and everybody knows it.

Also if you haven't noticed, along with changing a couple of things on the blog, I've also changed the TTT graphic! Clicking on the graphic leads you back to The Broke and the Bookish, who hosts Top Ten Tuesdays!

I've already started The Inexplicable Logic of My Life, but I haven't gotten that far. Either way, I have heard amazing things, and I will be finishing it soon!

Obviously Holly wants me to read A Conjuring of Light ASAP, and seeing that I brought that to read over "spring" break (really winter break at this point), I WILL BE GETTING TO IT. I promise.

I'm #2 on the hold list for A Promise of Fire, because I am so very sick of YA, and I needed something new. And pretty sure either Holly or Rashika recommended this to me. And I always listen to the recommendations of my friends (sometimes)

Apparently I put All the Birds in the Sky on hold a LONG time ago, and I'm almost next in line for it! So I'm just going to assume I'll be reading it this spring.

I preordered At the Edge of the Universe, so obviously I need to get to it. Also it's Shaun David Hutchinson and he's my fave.

Recently received Waking Gods from Netgalley (that "Wish For It" actually works sometimes, ha) and that means I can read it! Woo!

I'm not as excited as I was before to read The One Memory of Flora Banks, but since it has to do with memory, I'm interested to know how it turns out.

And then there's The Upside of Unrequited.

And Letters to the Lost, which I have no idea what it's about, but I'm going in blind because why not.

Lastly, I've been reading The Secret of a Heart Note, but it's taken me months because I'm just not as engaged as I hoped I would have been? It's sad.

Will I read any of these this spring? Time will tell. Though I will have to read ACOL or else Holly will disown me.

I love The Secret of a Heart Note! Spring is definitely a good time to read it. The Upside of Unrequited is also on my current spring TBR list. I hope you get to read all of these fantastic books on your list :D .
We share some of the same books this week. I am really anxious to read Becky Albertalli's book. I have such high expectations! I hope you love these when you get around to them.
God it's been a long time since I've been here. I'VE MISSED YOU MY MUNCHKIN <3 I've only heard of The Upside of Unrequited, which has been on like everyone's list today. But I really like the sound of Sleeping Giants/Waking Gods, so that's going on my TBR.
It's been so long since I've visited on my PC Val, I love the tweaked banner! It looks gorgeous. The Inexplicable Logic of My Life is one of my most anticipated reads this year as well. I absolutely adored Ari and Dante and so excited! I've seen a few reviews for Flora Banks that weren't particularly favorable so I'm curious to see what you think of it. I have a Netgalley copy of Letters to the Lost as well. I too have no clue what it's about but see the cover and thought WANT. We're as bad as eachother :D
Waking Gods is on my list even though I didn't LOVE the first one- but it was intriguing enough I wan to see where it goes next. And All the Birds in the Sky too.
I really enjoyed The Inexplicable Logic of My Life. Sad to hear about The Secret of a Heart Note. I have it and am excited for it. Super pumped to read The Upside! Happy reading!!
This TTT was tough for me. I only had two on the list that I own, so, who knows how many I will read. I did read Unrequited (super cute) and Letters to the Lost (really liked this one). Good luck with you TBR!

This is such a good TBR! I can't wait to read The Upside of Unrequited! I just started Letters to the Lost yesterday. It's good so far!
The Upside of Unrequited is one that I would really love to read too. It sounds like it's going to be a good one. I hope you get to read some of these soon

I saw and heard of all of the books on your TBR list, though I haven't read them yet!! I have to get on that XD Happy reading!!
I'm currently reading A Conjuring of Light and I can't get over how amazing it is - I didn't read it for a week because I really dont want to leave these characters behind haha. I've heard really great things about the Upside of Requited, and the Secret of a Heart Note - looking forward to both of those too. Good luck on your spring TBR. :D
I loved Upside. So much. Too much. I am pretty sure it was about me, with some tweaks? I want to read ALL the books. You should read ACOL, if for no other reason than spoilers. Says the person who hasn't even read AGOS. :$
I loved ACOL except for the wrist twinge I got from trying to read it on the train--oops. I have All the Birds in the Sky and I'm really excited to read it but somehow other titles keep getting in the way. Though I have been getting pretty ruthless in trimming down my scary to read bookcase so maybe that's a start?
ACOL is so good, I hope you enjoy it :)

I was really excited about Inexplicable Logic but then I read a few negative reviews which is sad. I am keen to hear your thoughts on All the Birds in the sky! I am almost finished with Waking Gods but I'm so disappointed. Great TBR, Val!
